KegLedger

Legal

Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026

By creating a KegLedger account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a brewery, you agree on its behalf.

The service

KegLedger is a ledger for tracking which bar and restaurant accounts hold a brewery's kegs and the keg deposits the brewery records for them. It records only; it does not collect or move money, issue invoices, or replace your agreements with your accounts. We aren't responsible for lost, stolen or unreturned kegs, the amounts, codes or dates your staff and drivers enter, what a bar or restaurant sees in its own login, or disputes between a brewery and its accounts.

Your data

Your brewery's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep KegLedger running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email brewery owners about material changes. You can stop using KegLedger at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
